Joseph Alvarnas, MD, Director of Medical Quality, associate clinical professor, City of Hope, discusses the treatment of HIV-associated lymphoma.

The most appropriate way to treat patients with HIV and lymphoma has been a quandary for years.
This study looked at autologous hematopoietic stem cell transplantation for the treatment of patients with chemotherapy-sensitive, relapsed/refractory HIV-associated lymphoma.
Estimated probability of one-year OS was 86.6%.
